PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weather information display device, a weather information display system, a weather information display method, and a program thereof that can allow a user to simply recognize weather information at a present place.;SOLUTION: The weather information display device is configured to comprise: a wireless means for receiving weather information of a base station area shared by a concerned base station and sent from each base station; an operation means that sets a weather information display function; a display means for displaying the weather information received by the wireless means; and a control means that discriminates the presence/absence of setting of the weather information display function set by the operation means and provides the weather information received by the wireless means to the display means when the setting is made.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
