PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collecting mechanism for an inspected specific component, capable of automatically collecting only the specific components from among the components to be inspected.;SOLUTION: The collecting mechanism for inspected specific components is applied for an inspecting apparatus which inspects characteristics of an individual fixed component to be inspected 16, by bringing an elevating probe 12 equipped by a base 11 of a movable arm into contact with the individual fixed component. The base 11 is provided with a hermetically sealed vessel 13 having an openable lid, a first air tube 23 of which one end 24 provides free air suction and of which the other end 25 communicates with the inside of the hermetically sealed vessel 13, and a second air tube 33, of which the base end 34 communicates with the inside of the hermetically sealed vessel 13 and of which the end 35 provides free air suction. The specific component 17 can be freely sucked into the hermetically sealed vessel 13 by allowing the second air tube 33 to be freely controlled to move in the vertical directions though the connection of the end 35 with an elevating rod 46 equipped with an air cylinder 45, lowering the end 35 of the second air tube 33 positioned on the specific component 17 selected, based on the inspection of each component to be inspected 16, and conducting air suction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
