PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the circulation of real estate active by proposing a rehousing system which makes the formation of property such as a house successive and makes it easy to repurchase real estate in order through planned property use. ;SOLUTION: Purchased land and building real estate is stored as data on registered real-estate to be sold a specific period later on condition that the purchaser acknowledges that once purchased and a futures index is imparted to the registered real-estate data, which are made open to the public as real estate scheduled to be sold before the specific period elapses.
