PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge scrape-up machine constituted so as to eliminate a drive part positioned in sewage to reduce abrasion, reducing power loss to scrape up sedimented sludge and capable of efficiently performing the collection of sludge.;SOLUTION: In the sludge scrape-up machine consisting of a sludge scrape-up device arranged so as to be moved before and behind along the bottom part of a sedimentation tank 1 to scrape up sedimented sludge in one direction, a suspending support rod 4 for supporting the sludge scrape-up device in a suspended state and a drive device 3 arranged above the surface of the water and moving the sludge scrape-up device before and behind through the suspending support rod 4, the sedimentation tank 1 is formed as a multistage tank system and stage tank sludge scrape-up devices 2a, 2b, and 2c respectively arranged along the tank bottoms of the respective stages are supported by the suspending support rod 4 and, when these scrape-up devices are moved forwardly in a sludge scrape-up direction by the drive device 3, sludges sedimented on the tank bottoms of the respective stages are scraped up at the same time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
