PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display information of advertisements, contents, etc., suited for a user by a street television set.;SOLUTION: The information distribution server apparatus 100 acquires the present position of a mobile communication terminal 300 carried by a user and selects a street television set 400 installed at a spot near the present position. It selects advertising information suited for the user from advertising information held by itself, based on user information, and transmits and displays the information to and on the selected street television set 400.
