PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a television program distribution system capable of easily establishing a contract with each of sponsors of CM information by distributing CM information proper to each user.;SOLUTION: A contents distribution server 11 inserts new CM information having contents in response to the attribute of a user to a CM part of a television program received in real time. The server 11 transmits the television program with the CM information inserted thereto to mobile terminals 1 of users. The server 11 transmits CM related information associated with the inserted CM information to the mobile terminals 1 of the users in addition to the television program by means of electronic mail.
