PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a means for detecting a shortage of a coolant of a liquid-cooling system of an information processor.;SOLUTION: A balance state temperature can be calculated by using a parameter acquirable from the system of the information processor such as a characteristic of a heating rate of a CPU, a characteristic of a cooling rate of the liquid- cooling system, an ambient temperature, a clock frequency of the CPU, and impression voltage on the CPU, and is set as the predictable highest temperature of the information processor. The highest temperature is compared with a temperature acquired with every specific time, and when a temperature of the information processor is higher, it is determined that the coolant is insufficient, and a warning is issued.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
