PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method by which a versatile salt and versatile bittern each having a desired ion composition are efficiently obtained in a simple process using brine obtained by a production method which prevents damage to various ions, particularly magnesium and sulfate ions as essential components of bittern, natural infinitesimal ions and infinitesimal organic components.;SOLUTION: In the production method, the versatile salt and the versatile bittern each having an arbitrary ion composition are obtained by obtaining highly concentrated brine by using a seawater concentrating plant adopting a reverse osmosis membrane comprising a polyamide composite membrane and concentrating the brine with a batch-type evaporator while adjusting the heat concentration temperature within the range of 109-114°C.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
