PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device, for which the generation of defectives can be suppressed from being produced through manufacturing steps, to improve the production yield by adjusting frequencies to be higher and lower, even after sealing of cover body. ;SOLUTION: In the piezoelectric device, the cover 39 is made of a material which transmits light, and weighting metal coatings 45 and 46 for adjusting the frequencies are formed on the inner surface of a package 36, including the inner side of the cover 39 corresponding to a position which is irradiated with a laser beam L transmitted through the cover 39.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
