PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care medicament composition capable of effectively treating nail trichophytosis considered to be difficult to cure.;SOLUTION: This skin care medicament composition for trichophytosis is obtained by formulating as active ingredients an antimycotic ingredient such as bifonazole and a polyprenyl derivative of the formula (I) (wherein, R¹ and R² are the same of different and each H or OH; R³ is H, a 1-10C alkyl, 2-20C aliphatic acyl, aromatic acyl or araliphatic acyl; n is 1-4, when n is 2-4, R²s are the same as or different from each other, provided that at least one of R¹ and R² is OH) obtained from the extract of a certain tropical plant.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
