PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load of image processing and data transmission during printing photographic data transmitted from a transmission side on a reception side. SOLUTION: Display photographic data corresponding to the number of pixels of a display device is generated from printing photographic data and image processing data is generated for applying predetermined image processing to the display photographic data. The display photographic data and the image processing data are transmitted to a portable terminal device on another communication side and the contents of the image processing applied to a printed image are identified by both transmission and reception sides, thus permitting the transmission of the intent of printing processing on the transmission side and the determination of printing or not on the reception side in priority to printing.
