PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeder of a culture soil for raising seedlings in an apparatus for producing the culture medium for raising the seedlings capable of affording a sufficient bound state not only in a surface layer part but also in an inner layer part by rough temperature control and effectively utilizing a binder. SOLUTION: This feeder 260 of the culture soil for raising the seedlings has a triple hopper structure and is installed on the upstream side of a compression forming device 160 of the apparatus for producing the culture medium for raising the seedlings. A first culture soil 262 for raising the seedlings and a third culture soil 266 for raising the seedlings containing the binder 14 having high-melting point characteristics are housed in a first culture soil feeding hopper 268 and a third culture soil feeding hopper 272. A second culture soil 264 for raising the seedlings containing the binder 14 having low-melting point characteristics is housed in a second culture soil feeding hopper 270. Thereby, the culture medium 10 for raising the seedlings is a three-layer structure and the waste of the binder 14 in the surface layer part and the inner layer part can be eliminated to effectively utilize the binder 14.
