PERMEATION TYPE RUST INHIBITOR AND APPLICATION METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permeation type rust inhibitor, which can sufficiently seep from the surface of a concrete structure to an internal steel material, and an application method therefor. ;SOLUTION: This method for applying a permeation type rust inhibitor comprises arranging several horizontal joint-shaped cut channels which form some angle of 15 to 45 degree in a slanting downward direction against a horizontal direction, on a surface of a concrete wall body; applying the permeation type rust inhibitor of 0.02-0.5%, consisting of a humecant for an aqueous solution as a solute, which includes polyoxyethylene alkyl ether (12-14), dioctyl sulfosuccinate sodium, and glycerine in a blending weight ratio of 4-6:2-4:1-2 respectively, and an aqueous solution of calcium nitrite of 5-30% as a solvent, on the surface of the concrete wall body on which the above cut channels are arranged; and burying the above cut channels with a cement-based solidifying material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
