PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control so as to surely perform contents transmission processing from a user terminal in accordance with a communication environment of the user terminal.;SOLUTION: A live casting server 150 of a server use reservation management center 5 receives the type of a line to which a user PC 4 and the Internet 2 can be connected as line type information from the user PC 4, a contents transmitter limits the number of streams when a plurality of live contents composed of a plurality of kinds of transmission speeds are simultaneously and parallelly transmitted to a streaming server 8 through the line in accordance with the line type information and subsequently notifies the user PC 4 of the number of streams as set information, and the user PC 4 automatically limits and sets the number of streams in the case of simultaneously and parallelly transmitting the live contents to the streaming server 8 on the basis of the set information received from the server 150, thereby prevents the contents of the number of untransmissible steams from being simultaneously and parallelly transmitted beforehand, and can surely perform transmission processing of the contents.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
