PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-chlorinated type extraction solvent composition, similar to a chlorinated type solvent, which is capable of extracting efficiently oily matters being attached to the parts, wherein the oily matters can be determined precisely and simply by use of an ultraviolet spectrophotometry.;SOLUTION: The extraction solvent composition contains at least one or more esters represented by general formula (1): R1-COO-R2 or (2): R1-COO-R3-O- R4, [wherein, R1 is CH3 or C2H5; R2 is a 1-7C straight chain, branched chain or cyclic alkyl group; R3 is a 3-6C straight chain or branched chain alkyl group; R4 is CH3].
