PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive element for forming a diffuse reflecting underlayer having good adhesion to a substrate even in an environment at high temperature and high humidity and excellent reliability as a liquid crystal display and to provide a method for producing a diffuse reflecting plate for a reflective liquid crystal display using the photosensitive element.;SOLUTION: In the photosensitive element obtained by disposing a layer of a photosensitive resin composition on the rugged surface of a temporary support having a rugged shape, the photosensitive resin composition comprises (I) an unsaturated group-containing acrylic polymer (c) obtained by reacting an acrylic resin (a) containing ≤5 wt.%, in total, of acrylic acid and an alkyl acrylate as copolymerized components and having methacrylic acid as an essential component with a compound (b) having an epoxy group and an unsaturated bond in one molecule, (II) a photopolymerizable compound having at least two ethylenically unsaturated groups, and (III) a photopolymerization initiator.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
