METHOD AND DEVICE FOR INPUTTING INFORMATION ON PRICE OF LAND FACING MAJOR ROAD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for inputting information on prices of land facing major roads (road rate) for simply and speedily inputting road rate information. SOLUTION: The road rate information in the first year is stored into a road rate information storing means 20 by correlating it to positional information. In the next and following years, whenever the road rate is published, a map including the road rate (road rate figure) is read with a picture reading means 50 and displayed on the display means 40. The display means also displays a stored position shown by positional information stored in the means 20. When the displayed position of the road rate coincides with the stored position shown by the positional information stored in the means 20, the road rate is stored corresponding to the positional information stored in the storing means. When the displayed position of the road rate does not coincide with the stored position shown by the positional information stored in the means 20, the road rate is stored in the storing means 20 in correspondence to new positional information.
