PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unnecessitate the preparation of a terminal with a previously installed exclusive software for performing a job of supporting a screening panel for certifying a long-term care need. SOLUTION: The network type system for supporting the screening panel for certifying the long-term care need is provided with a database server having a database and a database control means and a WWW server connected to the database server. A client terminal is provided with a WWW browser. The WWW server is connected to the client terminal via the Internet and, then, an HTML form document is exchanged between the WWW browser and the database control means.
