PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize provision of services effective for attracting the interest of a wide range of customers at a low cost on a communication network and to collect points held by the customers at an issuing origin in exchange for the service. SOLUTION: A point information managing part 13 of a point issuance server 1 transmits a current point display picture after performing personal authentication in response to a current point display request from the terminal 4 of an accessing customer. A game providing part 22 of a game providing server 2 transmits a game selecting picture in response to a game participation request, transmits a point specification picture in response to specification of the game and provides the game on the communication network 3 in exchange for the specified used point. A point settlement part 23 settles points according to a game result and the used point. A point information managing part 13 updates the point information of the customer on the basis of a point settlement result.
