PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively research the IT level for each department of an enterprise by automatically testing whether proper talent and capability are available for each of the departments and taking analysis according to statistic data.;SOLUTION: A system comprises a requester terminal 10 that a research requester uses, an object person terminal 20 that an object person of the research uses, and a center server 30 which is connected to them by a network 40 and managed by a research seller; and the center server 30 has the procedures of informing the object person terminal 20 of address information for enabling the research object person included in order information to access test problems once the order information for the research is received from the requester terminal; receiving answer data that the object person of the research inputs by accessing the test problems from the object person terminal 20; and generating statistic information for the received answer data by comparing the answer data with data accumulated in the past.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
