PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-insulating material sheet with which an heat- insulating material existing on the periphery of an opening of a base body can be easily surely peeled, and to provide a method for bonding the heat- insulating material sheet to the base body. SOLUTION: The heat-insulating sheet produced by applying marking 5 on the range of an opening corresponding an opening position of a base body on the obverse side of the heat-insulating material sheet 2, and at the same time, bonding a double-sided adhesive sheet 4 to the reverse side of the heat- insulating sheet 2. The method for bonding the heat-insulating material sheet to the base body comprising releasing the releasing sheet 7 of the double-sided adhesive sheet 4 bonded on the reverse side of the heat-insulating material sheet 2, and bonding the adhesive face along the shape of the base body.
