PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic fluctuation factor analyzing device, capable of acquiring information valid to be operation plan of a network, by analyzing the time fluctuation of traffic in a long term due to a plurality of fluctuation factors.;SOLUTION: An array to be analyzed, constituting part 13 converts measured traffic data into an array to be analyzed in a multi-dimensional array structure. A variance analysis processing part 14 and a differential array calculating part 15 calculate a variable pattern to be induced by each time variable factor, based on the principle of the variance analysis for the array to be analyzed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
