PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a packet, transmitted from an unauthorised member, from arriving at an access protection object even if the source address has been forged.;SOLUTION: When a camouflaged packet using a source address within a camouflage preventive address range tries to enter a network 1 with camouflage preventive function, that packet is discarded at a forged packet inflow preventive section 11. Furthermore, in the network 1, only a user authenticated at an authentication address issuing section 12 can transmit a source address within a camouflage preventive address range.
