PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a highly precise remodeling plan so as to eliminate influence of variation of a degree of experience of an investigator on site investigation quality.;SOLUTION: Using a database storing a plurality of examples about care- related remodeling and a retrieval system for retrieving the database, the site investigation for the care-related remodeling is assisted. On the basis of first information obtained before the site investigation for the care-related remodeling, the database is retrieved, and a remodeling temporary plan is formed. On the basis of second information obtained through the site investigation, the temporary remodeling plan is corrected.
