PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing label for suppressing the inadequate breakdown of a consumables unit, a pasting label, a consumables unit and a method.;SOLUTION: The sealing label 51 consists of an adhesive material layer 59, release paper 61 pasted to its pasting surface 59-1, a display layer 62 which is laminated thereon, transparent tacky adhesive layer 64 of prescribed patterns 63 which are laminated thereon and have high strength of adhesion and a transparent surface layer 65 which is laminated thereon. When the sealing label 51 pasted to the consumables unit 66 is peeled from above by stripping the release paper 61, the display layer 62 is visible, for example, silver over the entire part through the transparent surface layer 65 and the transparent tacky adhesive layer 64. When this layer is stripped, only the segments of the display layers 63 patterned in accordance with the strength of adhesion of the transparent tacky adhesive layer 64 remain on the tacky adhesive surface 66 of the consumables unit and the display layers 62 of the other segments are pulled apart from the adhesive material layer 59 integrally with the surface layer 65.
