PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to save a fuel cost in the elevated culture in a house and intensively heat a space around plants. ;SOLUTION: In a culture bed (1) formed with a culture medium sheet (5) supported with lateral supporting poles (2, 3), at least one heating pipe (14, 15) is arranged around the aforesaid culture medium (8) and a warming medium is circulated. The aforesaid heating pipes (14, 15) for heating surroundings are preferably brought to be adjustable in vertical directions to precisely adjust temperatures. Further, radiation plates can be attached to the heating pipes (14, 15) for heating surroundings. In addition to the aforesaid heating pipes for heating surroundings, it is preferable to arrange medium heating pipes in the culture medium and circulate the warming medium.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
