SLICED VENEER LAMINATED DECORATIVE PLYWOOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliced veneer laminated decorative plywood 10 of a structure capable of uniformly finishing a surface and producing a concave upward (texture) of a sliced veneer 13.;SOLUTION: A colored sheet 12 is sandwiched between a base 11 and the sliced veneer 13, the surface of the veneer 13 is not colored but executed with a clear coating 14 to display the color of the sheet 12 on the surface of the veneer 13 through the veneer 13. As the sheet 12, a film sheet or a paper sheet or a dyed nonwoven fabric obtained by color printing without coloring mottes on the sheet 12 is used to eliminate the mottles occurring when a pigment is coated on the veneer 13, and hence the plywood 10 having uniform surface finishing is obtained. Particularly, since the surface of the veneer 13 is not colored, the gloss (texture) of the veneer 13 can be displayed as it is.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
