PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both a method for fermented soybeans production, with which high-quality and uniform fermented soybeans can be produced by more uniformizing a temperature of fermented soybeans stored in a container and a fermentation progress and a circulation ventilation type fermentation chamber in fermented soybeans suitable for fermenting soybeans.;SOLUTION: In this circulation ventilation type fermentation chamber, the average air velocity of circulation ventilation is 0.5 m/s to 1 m/s and an average temperature difference between an inlet part and an outlet part of a container housing chamber is ≤3°C to ferment soybeans.
