PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a concrete block for a sluice gate mounted on a sluice way or the like in a short period, to reduce the term of works and a cost and to easily obtain the sluice gate having excellent quality, dimensional accuracy, watertightness, durability or the like.;SOLUTION: A block 2 in the concrete block 1 for the sluice gate secured to the river side or the like of a sluice way is composed of a precast rectangular pipe and culvert made of reinforced concrete or a precast rectangular pipe and culvert made of prestressed concrete, door stops 7 to 9 are assembled integrally by integral molding in the case of manufacture, a door body 3 is fixed onto the lower door stop 7 through a hinge 6, and watertight sealing materials 10 to 11 are fitted to the door body 3 and the block 2, thus assembling a floating gate.
