PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver items at low cost to reduce delivery cost, and develop latent demand for delivery by limiting the items to those to be periodically delivered to specified individuals or public and private companies in a local area in Japan.;SOLUTION: For the items to be periodically delivered to the specified individuals or public and private companies in the local area in Japan, delivery addresses are specified by link of customer data, a database having address specifying marks to be marked on a housing map, and a computer, so that a delivery route is determined for delivery. In addition, address specifying marks are displayed on the items to be delivered based on the data base having address specifying marks, so that their delivery address can be recognized. Delivery work can thus be easily performed by anyone, thereby delivery cost on the items delivered periodically can be reduced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
