PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the quantity of power used in a power receiving and transforming facility from getting over a specified value.;SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a load data base which stores priority separately for each of plural pieces of load that the power receiving facility supplies power, a reception means (S02) which receives the quantity of used power per unit time in the power receiving and transforming facility, a computation means (S04) which computes the temporal change of the power used in the past based on the received quantity of used power, a estimation means (S05) which estimates the power to be used in future based on the temporal change of a computed amount of used power and the present quantity of used power, a selection means which selects the load the lowest in priority from among the plural pieces of load in case that the estimated power is over the specified value (YES in S06), and a break signal output means (S07) which outputs a signal for breaking the power to be supplied to the selected load.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
