PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a device at a low cost whose light source for such as arbitrary light of the identical device flashes in accordance with the rhythm or rhythmic elements of all sorts of arbitrary music, which does not incorporate data information set to music in advance into a memory as conventional device does, which doesn't react only to the frequency or only to the volume, and which doesn't have a sense of incompatibility for users because it doesn't match the music rhythm information acquired from their auditory sensations.;SOLUTION: The signal of stereo sound of an arbitrary music generated from an audio apparatus is connected with a jack or the like. Signals unnecessary for extraction of rhythm such as human voices are deleted at an unnecessary signal deleting part. A signal whose volume is the biggest in each frequency band is detected as rhythm or a rhythmic element at a rhythm extraction part.
