PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and quickly inform a customer that a store can accept the terms desired by the customer at the present time and to allow the customer to accomplish purposes without going to the store.;SOLUTION: The terms of purchase about the merchandise desired by a person who wants to purchase the merchandise are accepted by operation of a keyboard 32 and the terms of sales about the merchandise desired by a person who wants to sell it are also accepted. The merchandise and the accepted terms of sales desired by the person who wants to sell the merchandise are registered in databases 16 and 17; when the merchandise meeting the terms of purchase accepted is found by accessing the databases, a reservation flag is set to the merchandise in the database and the reservation of the merchandise is transmitted to the terminal of the person who wants to purchase the merchandise.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
