PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a stable small value for a concentricity between a small diameter cylindrical part 1a and a through hole 1b and between a large diameter cylindrical part 2a and the through hole 1b.;SOLUTION: In the diameter conversion ferrule 10, which has a through hole 1b in the longitudinal direction and which has a large and small diameter cylindrical parts 2a, 1a at one end and the other end respectively, there is arranged a small diameter ferrule 1 over the entire length in the longitudinal direction, with a cylindrical body 2 fixed on one end of the small diameter ferrule 1 to form a large diameter cylindrical part 2a.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
