PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structural material of woven fabric made of flat carbon fiber-spun yarns, thin and excellent in electroconductivity in the thickness direction and, when treating its one side face with a resin, a catalyst or a ceramic, expressing little oozing of the treating agent to the opposite side face. SOLUTION: This structural material of woven fabric made of flat carbon fiber-spun yarns is a structural woven fabric material comprising carbon fiber- spun yarns containing graphite crystals, having =7 cm specific resistance in the thickness direction of the fabric, 1.3-4.5 nm graphite crystal size in X ray diffraction, 2.5-11.0 flatness (L1 /L2 ), wherein L1 denotes the maximum cross- sectional diameter of the carbon fiber-spun yarn and L2 denotes the minimum cross-sectional diameter of the same, a weaving pitch (L3 ) which is a space between carbon fiber-spun yarns and =1.3 times of the maximum cross-sectional diameter (L1 ) of the carbon fiber-spun yarns, and =7% weaving texture [(A2 /A1 )100], wherein A1 denotes the total surface of the woven fabric exposed to light irradiation and A2 denotes the total area of transmitted light which is the non-present area of the carbon fiber-spun yarns.
