PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-propelled soil improving machine and a soil- improving-material storage device for use in the same, which enable smooth filling with a soil improving material to be added to sediment. ;SOLUTION: This self-propelled soil improving machine, which makes the received sediment mixed with the soil improving material so as to be improved, is equipped with: the soil-improving-material storage device 14 for storing the soil improving material; cutters 36A-36D for making a cut in a flexible container 52 which houses the soil improving material to be infilled into the device 14; and a drive unit which rotates and drives the cutters 36A-36D, so as to bring about the forced extension of the cut made in the flexible container 52.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
