PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display plate capable of confirming that a disabled person or the like is using the display plate for the justifiable reasons, a parking intent transmission system using the same and a parking intent transmission program. ;SOLUTION: The display plate 10 is used in order to discriminate at least a disabled person, an old man to be cared, a care taker thereof and a visiting doctor and has a transmission means 13 for transmitting radio waves for reporting the position of a vehicle when a notice is put up in the vehicle. The parking intent transmission system using the display plate to make it possible to confirm that the disabled person uses the display plate for justifiable reasons using the display is also disclosed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
