PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication test device, a facility remote monitor test device and a warning issuing test device, which have means to monitor a communicating stage and an operating state with a warning issuing device at a remote place and to enable a field test and maintenance of a facility to be monitored at the remote place even one person.;SOLUTION: The communication test device 1 with a first communication port to fetch data inside a communication terminal to be connected and a second communication port to communicate with a communication line and to support a communication state test between first and second communication terminals 2, 4, is provided with a function to transmit operating state data of the first communication terminal 2 to be obtained by connecting the first communication port with the first communication terminal 2 to a monitor 62 at the remote place by using the communication line.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
