PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a travel support providing site to provide an integrated and global travel support via a two-way communication network in TCP/IP(Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol) environment to enable a traveler (consumer) to plan and enjoy various types of travel more freely and conveniently.;SOLUTION: An operation site communication device 4 registers a plurality of travel information with a database in advance, provides a consumer's communication terminal (cellular phone 3A, image display terminal 3B, GPS(Global Positioning System) receiver 3C, small general-purpose computer 5) with travel information including a travel plan, transfers travel information specified by the communication terminal, and transfers travel information, which is determined based on travel information entered from the communication terminal, to the communication terminal.
