SHEET FOR DELIVERY VOUCHER AND DELIVERY VOUCHER USED FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs and to save resources by eliminating a peeling paper as to a delivery voucher and a sheet for the delivery vouchers which are stuck on an article to be delivered when the article to be delivered is delivered. ;SOLUTION: The delivery voucher 11A can have its delivery slip 12 separated into a stuck slip 13 and a dummy adhesion layer 16 and an adhesion structure layer 15A has a sticky layer 16A formed in a 1st area range and a peeling layer 17A in a 2nd area range on the same surface; and two sheets for delivery vouchers which have delivery vouchers 11A successively are arranged so that the stuck slip 13 faces the delivery slip 12 and then the peeling layer 17A of an adhesion structure layer 15A is made to abut against the sticky layer 16A of the other adhesion structure layer 15A.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
