PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distributing system which can provide contents of individual preferences, an information collecting and creating terminal device, an information providing device, an information utilization terminal device for the system, a program to operate them, a storage medium in which the program is stored and an information distribution method. SOLUTION: The information distributing system comprises a domestic server 1 which is capable of providing information of domestic devices (electronic devices such as a TV set 2, a music device 3, a personal computer 4) and information on a user's preferences through networks like the Internet, an information center 5 which provides utilization information furnished by the domestic server 1 and original information it has collected or created on its own and an information device 6 which can access the information center 5 and use the utilization information of the domestic server 1.
