SOLUTION: A shop-side device 10 is constituted of a shop POS system 2 and a data center 1, and the shop POS system is provided with a POS terminal 22, an IC card reader/writer 21, and a communication device 23 which transfers data to the data center, and the data center is provided with a controller 11 for totalizing purchase information, a customer database 12 and a communication device 13 for data exchange between each shop and the customer, and the POS terminal uses an IC card 4, where authentication information of the customer is recorded, to record purchase information of the customer in the IC card, and an IC card reader 31 of a customer-side device 3 transmits purchase information and authentication information to a read only device 32, and purchase information is totalized by totalizing software and is preserved as household economy data 34, and a communication device 33 authenticates the data center through the Internet 100 by authentication information and uploads household economy data to a customer database 12 of the data center to back up it.
