The use of claim 4 for partial or complete absorption of at least one impact-like load focussed at a point, wherein the coating of the fibres consist of at least one layer of carbon or graphite or both. 6. The use of claim 5 for partial or complete absorption of at least one impact-like load focussed at a point, wherein the fibres of the composite materials are connected to a shell of carbon converted partially into silicon carbide. 7. The use of any claims 1 to 6, wherein the loading takes place by means of a grenade splinter or a bombardment. 8. The use of elements of any claims 1 to 6,wherein the element is an armour plate. 9. The use of elements of any claims 1 to 6, wherein the element is a structural component. 10. The use of at least one of claims 8 or 9 for armouring automobiles, military vehicles, including tanks, aeroplanes, helicopters, ships, railway vehicles, spacecrafts and stationary objects, in particular buildings or a safes. 11. The use of elements of any claims 1 to 6 in a protective vest. 12. The use of any claims 1 to 11, wherein the elements have a ductile behaviour and is connected by an adhesive to a backing to form a composite. 13. The use of any claims 1 to 11, wherein the elements are connected by an adhesive to a backing consisting of a woven fabric made of fibres, in particular of aramide fibres, or a metal plate to form a composite. 14. The use of elements of claim 1 made of fiber-reinforced composite material with ceramic matrix containing 40 to 85% by weight silicon carbide, 5 to 55% by weight carbon and 0 to 30% by weight silicon with respect to the total weight of the composite material, with the fibre of the composite material being 5 to 40% by weight of the total weight, wherein the reinforcing fibres have an average fibre length of 0.2 to 15 mm and are coated with at least one layer of carbon and the element has a minimum thickness parallel to a direction of impact of the bullets of 12 mm. 15. The use of claim 14, wherein the elements of the composite materials are connected to the reinforcing fibres by an adhesive, wherein the elements have a minimum thickness parallel to a direction of impact of the bullets of 2 mm. 16. The use of claim 14, wherein containing 65 to 75% by weight silicon carbide with respect to the total weight of the composite material. 17. The use of claim 14, wherein containing 15 to 25% by weight carbon with respect to the total weight of the composite material. 18. The use of claim 14, wherein containing 5 to 15% by weight silicon with respect to the total weight of the composite material. 19. The use of claim 14, wherein containing with the fibre of the composite material being 10 to 20% by weight of the total weight. 20. The use of claim 14, wherein the fibers are coated with at least one layer of graphitised carbon. 21.
