The inventive growth stimulator for a tuberculosis causative agent comprises a chemical composition containing the following elements: sodium, oxygen, hydrogen, and carbon. The growth stimulator can also contain calcium chloride 0.1-0.9 mass %, potato starch 0.01-0.4 mass % and dehydrated glucose 0.01-0.02 mass %. The inventive culture medium for the tuberculosis causative agent in the form of an aqueous solution contains (in mass %) the following components: dry enzymatic peptone, agar-agar or microbiological agar 1.4-1.6, potato starch 1.377- 1.577, calcium dependent enzymes stimulator 0.012-0.014, sodium carbonate 0.005-0.015, the growth stimulator for the tuberculosis causative agent 10-18 and up to 100 of solvent. The inventive method for producing the culture medium consists in preparing a nutritive mixture containing nutritive protein and polysaccharide components, chemical compositions and a solvent by adding the tuberculosis causative agent to a nutritive base for cultivating microbacteria. The component ratio between the culture medium and the tuberculosis causative agent ranges from 1:20 to 1:25 respectively. A solubility, transparency and coloration of the nutritive base are characterised by a transparent yellow solution obtained as a result of boiling and agitating an entirely dissolved in distilled water weighted portion of the nutritive base. The inventive method for producing the tuberculosis causative agent on the nutritive medium consists in preparing the nutritive base, a pathological material, sowing said pathological material on the nutritive base and thermostating. Prior to be sown on the nutritive base, the inoculum is treated with the growth simulator for the tuberculosis causative agent at the component ratio ranging from 1:1 to 1:1.5 during 24-28 hours at a temperature of 36-38 DEG C. Afterwards, the incolumum together with the growth stimulator therewith it is treated is introduced into Petri dishes at the ratio of 0.5-1.5 with respect to the nutritive base. Said nutritive base contains the protein component in the form of the dry enzymatic peptone, the polysaccharide component in the form of the potato starch, agar-agar, sodium carbonate and the calcium dependent enzymes stimulator.
