Essence An apparatus comprises a press consisting of a stencil and a forcer 4 and an indicator 6 for measuring a sample strain, an operation rod 8 of which is joined to the forcer. The stencil represents a stepped support plate 1 with an upper smooth surface, on which a hollow cylindrical element 3 is fixed. 3. Field of Application Determination of the amount of extractive substances in plant raw, foe example in semi-produced tea and in final product.
