摘要
The invention relates to a novel method for the detection of the molecular indicator Ep-Cam and constitutes a technique that uses the reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). For the detection of circulating micrometastatic carcinogenic cells in the peripheral blood of patients with epithelium derived cancer, a PCR reaction takes place with the use of specific primers. For the detection by using hybridism on a membrane, the hypothetical primer is marked on one end with biotine. For the detection by using hybridism in fluid, the notional primer can be marked in various ways. With the use of specialized primer pairs, an original thermal protocol and a specific probe, the circulating metastatic carcinogenic cells are detected. The novel method relates to the use of whole RNA that can be isolated with any methodology. Part of the isolated whole RNA is used for the production of complementary DNA (cDNA) by any method. With the use of specialized primer couples the circulating metastatic carcinogenic cells are detected.
