The present invention comprises a new method and equipment for the continuous extraction of essential oils from juice of citric fruits, said system has been designed to extract essential oils of citric fruits more efficiently and in an economical way, its innovative design makes possible the separation of the different factors of such oils with the finality of selecting the ones of better quality due to their possible selective application in different industries such as the ones producing cosmetics and food in general increasing with this its commercial importance. With the present system it is avoided to unload the residual juice at high temperatures, given that, the equipment is designed in such way that the heat kept by the residual juice is used to preheat food (whole juice) adjusting to the temperature of the same by means of a partial condenser. Once the residual juice has gave up its calorific energy it is converted into raw material for its integral yield, by means of the add ition of new stages to the process, since said residual juice may be dehydrated and transformed in powder which can be used as a pH organic adjuster.
