The creation of a micro-climate around a growing organism in a greenhouse cultivation provides absolute energy economy and positive cultivation manipulation forth increase of production, flower formation or plant morphology. The micro-climate has a radiation range of approximately 1 m and the process is based on the measurement and regulation of relative air humidity, temperature of leaves, sap flow measurement, growth point measurement, root temperature, stem diameter development, etc. The control of the micro-climate takes place on the basis of the measured parameters and possible growth models still to develop at the level of the micro-climate. The invention makes use of the principle of an inverted temperature gradient. An adjustment is made of a buffering of the heat in the growing organism, so as to prevent radiation to the colder space in the upper part of the greenhouse as much as possible. The buffering consists of placing the plants as close together as possible, combined with the use of insulating materials placed around the plant containers.
