The system is for protocol-controlled, protected and accurate obtaining of care operative service outside of hospital environment. It is used for the gathering of information for the purpose of comparison of data, so that international scientific investigation and the measurement of quality of handling, treatment and methods are possible. The system involves a central data base (9), with up-load and down-load by means of a mobile computer (7), based on the usage of a bar code procedure.
