PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrafine particle ceramic powder aggregate dispersed water for forming an ink absorption layer of an ink jet recording medium capable of printing a minute and clear image.;SOLUTION: The ultrafine particle ceramic powder aggregate dispersed water comprises an ultrafine particle ceramic powder aggregate indicating a mean particle size of 0.05 to 0.3 m by measuring a viscosity of 10 to 200 mPa.s of a coating suitable viscosity using a laser diffraction particle size distribution measuring unit and indicating a high granularity of 0.7 or less at a ratio of a peak height of a peak width (half value width) of a height position of a half of the peak height in a particle size distribution curve formed based on the measured result, dispersed and contained in a pure water.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
